Which features are included in each plan?

The overview uses the plan limits configured by the operator – including office users, mobile employees, storage and technically enabled feature areas.

All publicly displayed prices are gross prices including the operator country’s standard VAT. The final invoice amount can vary by billing country and tax situation. Feature differences are only shown when technically enforced by the product.

What happens when the user limit is reached?

When creating or reactivating a user, HandwerkerPilot checks the relevant licence type and blocks additional active users when no seat is available.

Can I order add-on licences myself?

Yes. Company administrators order extra office or mobile licences under Billing & subscription. The first invoice is prorated through the current subscription period and activation occurs after confirmed payment. Active add-on licences then receive their own recurring invoice and can be cancelled independently of the base plan.

Can I order extra storage?

Yes. Extra storage is ordered under Billing & subscription. Company customers see gross prices, and HandwerkerPilot automatically raises the technical storage limit after confirmed payment. Extra storage then has its own recurring invoice and can be cancelled independently of the base plan.
